- Prices include VAT

- Tickets can be purchased on the tourist bus itself and at authorized points of sale.

- Children and young people must be accompanied by adults who have bought the same type of ticket.

- The ticket is one-person ticket and valid for the type of service and day indicated on it.

- Refund and exchanges not allowed.

- Keep your ticket. The loss or alteration of the same implies the loss of the right to use the service.

- The raise and lower rate allows you to get on and off the vehicle as many times as you want throughout the day.

- The alteration of the service due to events or causes beyond the control of Bilbao City View will not entitle the refund of the amount of the ticket.

- Bilbao City View has complaint forms for customer service.

- Bilbao City View reserves the right to modify the itinerary, the schedule or the duration of the tour due to external or organizational causes of the service. Said changes will not give the right to a total or partial refund of the ticket price.

SAFETY RULES FOR TRAVELERS

- For their safety, passengers must remain seated throughout the tour.

- The arms cannot be extended outside the perimeter of the vehicle.

- The doors cannot be opened if the vehicle is not at the stop and parked.

- You cannot smoke, eat or drink inside the vehicle.

- Animals are not allowed on board, except assistance dogs.
